SECURIGUARDS FORCE SDN BHD is managed by a group of former officers from the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), Malaysia Armed Forces (ATM) and vastly experienced personnel in the security industry field. We provide security services to government agencies, shopping complexes, private schools, condominiums, apartments, financial agencies, housing estates, factories, warehouse, hotels and resorts , clubs, showrooms, hospitals, and many others.

Directors Profile

Dato’ Carleel Bin Mohd Effendi

Dato’ Carleel Bin Mohd Effendi is an accomplished law enforcement professional who has dedicated over 41 years to the Royal Malaysia Police. Throughout his distinguished career, he has acquired a vast range of expertise in various areas of security and investigation, including traffic management, criminal investigation, fraud detection, cybercrime investigation, forensic auditing, and management and planning. In his most recent role, he served as the Chief of Staff (Special Investigation & Technical Aid) at the Eastern Sabah Security Command (ESSCOM), where he successfully managed over 1,400 KM of coastline in the Eastern Sabah Security Zone (ESSZONE) to safeguard Sabah’s extended east coast. This challenging role exposed him to a new and complex security dimension.

Despite his demanding responsibilities, Dato’ Carleel remained committed to his personal and professional growth and pursued academic excellence. He holds two master’s degrees, a Master’s in Business Administration and an Executive Master’s in Safety, Environmental & Health.

Motivated by his past challenges and experiences, Dato’ Carleel aspires to transform Securiguards Force Sdn Bhd into a leading security services provider. With his extensive experience in the field of security and investigation, academic expertise, and dedication to excellence, he can bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the company.

Viickneswaran Arumugam

Viickneswaran Arumugam has over 14 years of experience in the security services industry and holds a degree in Human Resource Management & Business Arts. He strongly believes that the sustainability of security is dependent on the ability to adapt to new patterns and technology quickly. As the security landscape continues to evolve rapidly, he recognizes that security services will not remain the same in the coming years.

Throughout his career, Viickneswaran has worked with various international brands and building setups. His experience has equipped him with the passion and confidence needed to provide top-notch protection to clients.
